Snipe Abstract captures a snipe in flight. Several significant Haudenosaunee Wampum Belts and traditional pattern work are woven around the bird. To the right of the bird is a pristine landscape encircled by a single strand of wampum beads. This painting is dedicated to all of the Snipe Clan members of Haudenosaunee society.
