Woman Smoke Dancer captures a female Smoke Dancer mid-step beautifully dressed in a ribbon dress, skirt, and leggings. The painting is done predominantly in tones of green with contrasting reds, whites, purples, and yellow. The Sky Dome pattern arches the dancer while ripe strawberries overhang, and a bounty of corn, beans, and squash are at the base of the painting neatly nestled in an Art Nouvou-inspired border. At the bottom of the painting is a stringed Wampum design cleverly shaped into the Hiawatha Wampum Belt.
